Me-anne joined INCITEGov in 2010 as Finance Officer. Since then, she has modernized and provided innovations in the finance system of INCITEGov. Meanne also serves as the Finance Person for YPS, PPVR and FSGO. She finished BS Business Administration from the University of the East, and Masters in Community Development from University of the Philippines.

As Human Resource Officer, Jo provides support to the organization’s human resource functions, such as staff recruitment, training, and monitoring. She was Administrative Officer for five years and has worked around several projects, providing administrative assistance to the organization and its constituencies. Jo graduated with a degree on Education at Saint Louis University, and earned a certificate course on Management Development-Human Resource Management Program at the UP-SOLAIR.

Janice started as Administrative Assistant of INCITEGov in 2010, where she gained skills in office administration and management. She now serves as the Administrative Officer, taking charge of the administrative matters of the organization while providing secretariat support to INCITEGov’s constituencies.  Janice earned her Associate degree in Computer Technology at STI Colleges.

Cecil

Cecil is the adept Finance Assistant of INCITEGov. Working close with Me-anne since 2011, she has helped in modernizing INCITEGov’s finance system, and has assisted in the finances of INCITEGov’s constituencies. Prior to joining INCITEGov, Cecil has gained 15 years of experience in financial management across various development organizations. She graduated with a degree in Cooperatives from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Pau is INCITEGov’s Communications and Research Assistant in-charge of writing, designing, and developing INCITEGov’s communication materials. She previously interned for DOST Project NOAH where she gained experience in event documentation, report writing, and other communications-related tasks.

Michael joined INCITEGov in 2011 as Office Assistant. Since then, he has served the organization through the transaction and processing of documents and permits with government agencies such as SSS, PHIC, HMDF, BIR and SEC. He is also involved in performing secretariat work for INCITEGov allied constituenciesYPS, FSGO, and PPVR. Michael  graduated from Skill Power Institute with a degree on Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Niño

Niño is INCITEGov’s National and Local Liaison Coordinator. He facilitates collaboration among democratic institutions of government, citizens, communities, civil society and the private sector, and heads the Public Fiscal Management Reform Program of INCITEGov. He is involved in the Constructive Engagement Program of the organization, capacitating CSOs in monitoring Social Protection programs of DSWD and Philhealth.

Niño earned his degree in Public Administration and Governance at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and is currently taking his graduate studies at the University of the Philippines, specializing in Public Fiscal Administration and Public Finance.

Patrick

Patrick is the Project Manager for Strengthening Local Stakeholder Influence in the Open Government Partnership. As Project Manager, he provides secretariat support to the civil society members of the PH-OGP Steering Committee and co-manages the process of crafting the country’s 4th National Action Plan. Patrick brings with him years of experience in the Department of Budget and Management, where he led several units and projects as head, manager, and consultant.

Raquel

Raquel is the Finance and Administrative Assistant for Strengthening Local Stakeholder Influence in the OGP. She is responsible for the financial matters of the project, such as remittance preparations, disbursement, filing, and logistics.  Prior to joining INCITEGov, Raquel has gained an extensive experience across the development and the private sector, working for organizations such as SEARICE, Task Force Mapalad Inc., and AVECS Corporation.
